Monday
Breakfast. Sriracha, peppers and onion omelet with veggie hash
Lunch.    Thai-style chicken salad with peanuts, lime and red onions and carrots served in cabbage cups
Dinner    Blackened catfish, greens, and roasted turnips and carrots

Tuesday
Breakfast.  Pesto and spinach eggs with Italian-inspired potato hash
Lunch.  Beet and apple salad with picked onions, veggies and diced chicken
Dinner  Turkey breast, cranberry and pear chutney, roasted Brussels sprouts, smashed cauliflower and parsnips

Wednesday
Breakfast  Chorizo sausage, tomato and haberno omelet with sweet potato cakes
Lunch.  Sliced pork roast, in a vegetable broth, with cilantro, ginger, jalapeños and baby kale greens
Dinner  Moroccan meatballs with rich veggie ragout,  sautéed coconut creamed spinach

Thursday
Breakfast  Almond, green apple and pecan paleo cakes with cherry syrup and turkey sausage
Lunch    Paleo cheeseless lasagna with sheets of eggplant and zucchini
Dinner  Chicken and shrimp fajitas, broccoli, and Tex Mex hash

Friday
Breakfast  Peach pancakes with plum chutney and veggie sausage scramble
Lunch.  Carrot and roasted butternut squash soup with diced turkey breasts
Dinner.  Mongolian chicken with green bean, spouts and asparagus stir-fry

Lunch    Salmon burgers with jalapeno and tomatilo salsa. kale and apple salad 
Dinner   Chipotle-lime chicken breast, , ginger carrots, roasted cauliflower and squash puree

Breakfast  Quinoa, blueberries and, cranberry granola with walnuts 
Lunch    Italian-style turkey meatloaf, with broccoli and smashed caulifower 
Dinner   Spicy beef stir-fry with Asparagus and Green bean stir-fry

Lunch   Haleem (Lentil and spring vegetable soup)

Dinner   Roasted lemon chicken with peppers and capers, rutabaga and parsnip mash, grilled veggie medley

Lunch   Kale and ground turkey breast patties with smashed cauliflower and green beans

Dinner  Szechuan beef roast with stir-fry vegetables and smashed parsnip/cauliflower purée

Dinner: Honey BBQ turkey breast with collard greens and celery root purée

Wednesday
Breakfast: Turkey bacon frittata with cranberry and apple paleo bread
Lunch: Vietnamese Spring pho with sliced chicken breast, over red cabbage and snow peas

Dinner   Ground turkey and porcini mushroom meatballs with arugula pesto, grilled squash parpadelle and garclic whipped potatoes

Thursday
Breakfast: Quinoa granola with coconut, almonds, raisins and blueberries
Lunch: Mediterranean meatloaf with broccoli
Dinner: Chicken florentine , with lemon caper sauce, and cauliflower mash

Friday
Breakfast: Pineapple-orange pancakes with strawberry syrup and chicken sausage
Lunch:   Spicy mango chicken breast over sweet pea curry stew
Dinner: Chipotle-line braised pork tenderloin, Brussels sprouts and beet and root vegetable melange
